[Closed] Subtitles out of sync

It seems this is a generalized issue. Don't understand how you have closed the various posts reporting this problem.

I am experiencing it on several shows now, whether I listen directly from my laptop or cast it on chromecast from my android viki app.

When are you planning to solve this problem?

    We are aware of this issue and our team is working on it. We're afraid we are unable to provide a specific timeline as to when this issue will be fixed but rest assured we're working on a fix for this.
