[Closed] Watching commercials WITH Viki Pass

I am bombarded with commercials even after paying for the pass so I don't see them.  Instead I'm paying to bypass commercials and still watch them.  If this continues then Rakuten Viki should reimburse all subscribers their money back because they're not fulfilling their end of the bargain.  Anyone else having this problem and have you fone about it?

    I can see that you're getting Viki Pass benefits whenever you log in to your account.

    If you still can't see subscription benefits, I can recommend you to take the following steps:

    1. Log out from your account
    2. Log back in to your account with your email address

    If that doesn't fix the problem please let me know and I'll be glad to help. Be sure to send me full-monitor screenshots of any of the issues you see so I can escalate any problems to our engineers.
