[Closed] Can't update app on AppleTV

I have same issue as this post. Trying to watch Pipeline on the AppleTV Viki app.

I received a notice to update the Viki App on Apple TV.

A screen pops up with a button that says "open" ...then it just goes back to Viki...which I can't open until I update.

It is a constant merry-go-round with no solution.

Can someone at Viki give clear instructions on what needs to be done?

Customers need proper guidance please.

    Could you let us know if this issue is still occurring for you?

    There have been updates made since you've first written in to us, so please check that your app is updated to version 2.17.4 too.
