[Closed] Gmail login on Roku doesn’t work
Hi there, I'm encountering an issue when trying to log into the Viki app on my Roku device. Normally, when I select "Log In," the app should display a TV QR Code or letter code, allowing me to log in via the Viki app on my phone. However, now the app automatically redirects me to the "Log in with email" page instead, which is preventing me from logging in. Since my account is tied to my Google account, not my email, I cannot log in using my email information. Additionally, there is no option to connect Google on the TV app, and without the QR Code or letter code, I am unable to log in at all. Can someone please help resolve this issue so I can log into my account on my Roku device? I've tried logging out of my other devices, restarting my TV, uninstalling and reinstalling the app, and making sure everything is up to date, yet nothing seems to fix the issue.
