[Closed] Proxy/VPN error
HI, 'm supposed to be contacted via a ticket on the Help Center. Where do I go to find my ticket? Or has the ticket not been created yet?
My service provider says Viki is incorrectly detecting my public (static) IP as being a proxy or VPN. Until this is resolved I can't watch anything on Viki.
