[Closed] Proxy/DNS error

I've not received a reply or ticket number to either emails. After no issues the past 4 years I have suddenly been unable to stream content for a few days (not sure when issue started) this is due to error message: You seem to be using a proxy or VPN. I have tried all the steps in the online article and also submitted reports to the 3rd party provider; I have confirmed with my IP that my network does not use a VPN/Proxy, I have a static ip address. Nothing has changed my side. No proxy or dsn on my mobile phone. The error occurs when trying to play a series via my home home WiFi via my mobile phone or TV. It is fine using mobile network data (but I do not have unlimited data) there is no proxy/ DNS on my mobile phone.
