[Closed] Subscription not working

Before work, I watched a drama and things were okay. After work, I see some episodes locked from the same drama I watched the same day, and I just got Viki standard annual yesterday. I sent an email with screenshots but I want it resolved right away. New episodes are coming out and that drama alone is the only reason I subscribed so hopefully it could be resolved sooner than later. 

I tried on my phone, laptop, and tv. All don't work and says cancelled subscription but my iphone store says it's still active until next year.
