[Closed] Asian dramas is not loading in Roku

Everything in my Roku seems to load well. But when I play a drama. It only shows a circle that is loading. It only stays there. Why does it do that?

I think they should fix it. I can't watch any dramas now. It does not play movies or TV dramas. It just stay there with the circle
