[Closed] Loading Error

When starting a show, the loading circle never ends and nothing loads. I restarted my device and also deleted and reinstalled the viki app.

    We are sorry that you are only seeing a loading icon when playing a show. We will be reaching out to you privately via a ticket on the Help Center shortly so we can gather more information about this issue.
