[Closed] Error VSF_SP_1002

Hello, I’ve never had issues with the Rakuten Viki app before on my tv but for some reason today when I try to play my show I get the error VSF_SP_1002 en my LG TV. I tried multiple times and also turned off and back my tv and redownload the app, nothing changes. The app works fine on my phone but not on my TV.. Please someone help me
