[Closed] German licensing or Geo code missing while other European countries are licensed ?

Hi there, is this perhaps an error that German language is blocked from this movie?? https://www.viki.com/movies/40368c-moscow-mission

Is there perhaps a Geo coding error or the Code is missing that prevents German subtitling, while other European countries are permitted. Please advise, I was added as German Mod, but Editor is blocked for that language, it seems a bizarre case.
