[Closed] Subtitle at the bottom of the screen and can't read

I'm sorry I don't speak english, and I have the same problem of this person https://support.viki.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/1500000300202--Closed-Subtitle-at-the-bottom-of-the-screen-and-can-t-read 

Please, I need a solution urgently. I reset mibox and reinstalled the app, yet it remains the same.Subtitles are at the bottom of the screen, It is only possible to see half, and if I decrease the size, it disappears under the screen completely.
