Hello,

Are we only allowed to comment on the shows we are following one time per drama? Why can’t I review or comment per episode that I watched? It’s not giving me an option. Please help. Thanks

    We're sorry to hear that you're currently experiencing these issues. In order for us to understand the problem, can you please share with us the following information?

    1. What device you're currently experiencing issues with?
    2. If the issues are happening on the Web, what browser version and operating system are you using?
    3. If the issues are happening on the app, what app version is it? You may find it under the app settings. 
    4. Are you not able to see the review/timed comment buttons are you are having issues seeing what you have posted?
    5. A screenshot of the issue or any error messages you might see.
