IS F Sport commercial freezes Viki app on Firestick

Hi... Whenever one of the 2 or 3 commercials for a car... the only English I see is IS F Sport... comes on, a spinner comes up and goes on forever.  I am watching via Amazon Firestick 4K.  the only way to resume watching is to hit the back button.  I then have to select the proper episode (sometimes hard to do, as the Firestick brings me to the episode I most recently launched, but I may have watched that and the next, or even the one after that)... watch a new set of commercials, and then resume.  Sometimes, the IS F Sport commercial comes up again right away, and I have to repeat the steps.

 

If there is a workaround/solution for this, please share!  If not, please check with this advertiser, their ad is not working properly at all!  Thanks!

    Thank you so much for writing in! I'm sorry that you're experiencing this issue on the Viki Fire TV app.

    Could you first please try the following:

    1. Log out from the Viki app
    2. Delete and Reinstall the Viki app
    3. Log back in to Viki

    If you're still facing issues thereafter, we would like to request more information about this issue:

    1. Your Amazon Fire TV device model/version (Refer to this page for a reference list: https://www.amazon.com/gp/help/customer/display.html?nodeId=201640900)
    2. The device OS (You can see your version of Fire OS by going to Settings > Device > Fire TV and looking at the "Software Version" details)
    3. Your Viki app version (On the app, Left Side Bar > Settings > About Viki)
    4. A screenshot of the ad that is causing this issue. Please let us know what episode you were watching when it happened.
