My screen is freezing when I am opening the app...I can't see the episode

    Thank you for writing in to Viki Community Support. I'm so sorry that you're experiencing this issue on the Viki app.

    Could you first please try the following:

    1. Delete and Reinstall the Viki app
    2. Reboot your device

    Are you still experiencing these issues with the video player? If so, can you please provide the following information?

    • Does this occur on all shows? Please let us know example shows and episodes you're having problems with (ex. "Chicago Typewriter" Episode 2)
    • What's your device and Operating System version?
    • What version of the Viki app are you using? You can find it on the app settings.
    • Does the freeze occur when you start a new video or only when you go back to those that you are watching halfway?
