Password Help/Not letting me reset

When I have the Viki app after I click the email link to reset my password, it takes me to the homepage and doesn’t let me change it. On the Viki app there is nowhere that says reset password or what my password is. Then I deleted the app so the link took me to the Viki.com website and it says to enter current password and I don’t know it so it says it’s wrong. I’m logged in with google and I just made a new account so I can get a password back to save and it’s not telling me, and I entered my google password and it says it’s incorrect so does it make one for me? If so, where am I supposed to find it so I have it saved on my device?

  • I’m not sure which of my two email addresses I used to sign up with in December. That makes logging in difficult and using a password impossible. I’ve already paid for my service, so please advise. Judith Hartmann

    Please check that you are logged out of your account on all devices first before attempting to reset your password again.
