[Closed] 取消订阅仍被扣款

我提交取消订阅了,但是我的银行账户显示已扣款,请退款。你们网站找不到任何可以联系的电话或者邮箱,只能在线提交帮助。我已经提交请求了,具体详情在请求 #1359540,但是已经过去两天了依然没有被回复。
