[Closed] Refund Request ID#1345403

Hi,

I sent my refund request 9 days ago and no news has come from Viki yet.

In fact, I subscribed an account in 2019 and did not use it much. That said, I forgot to cancel my subscription and it re-subscribed automatically in Oct-2020. Since I did not have the intention to renew my subscription and although I am aware of your refund policy, I would like to ask you cancel my current subscription and refund the money if possible.
