[Closed] Cannot use app with new phone
I made a support ticket about 3 weeks ago about not being able to watch viki content after purchasing a premium subscription. My old phone was lost(Huawei p30) and I purchased a new one -- Xiaomi mi 10 Ultra. There was no disclaimer that this phone may not be compatible with the app, but I'd like to know just what the problem is and why? I can only assume I haven't received an official response because HR doesn't have a positive answer for me. I don't mind the cold truth that I'm out 15 bucks and my phone will never work with viki, but I'd just like to know what the problem is. I would still like to watch the content I was following at the time I lost my phone.
