[Closed] Can't display Viki programs on Samsung tablet, Android 5.1.1

Viki still works on my Iphone and Roku box, but just stopped displaying on my older Samsung tablet, which up to now had been my primary Viki viewing device. Have rebooted, uninstalled and reinstalled Viki app twice, and checked memory usage. Doesn't fix it. With any Viki program selected, I get a black screen and the message:

"Oh no! Something went wrong

We're working on it and we'll get it fixed as soon as possible."

 

Does anyone know what I can do?
