  Hello,

  Thank you for writing in to us.

  I looked up your account and it appears that you're getting Viki Pass benefits whenever you are logged in with this email address.

  If you still can't see subscription benefits, I recommend taking the following steps:

  1. Log out from your Viki account
  2. Log back in to Viki with your username gentlejadepark_649 and password
  3. Do a quick check that your profile/account page shows the same username too

  If that doesn't fix the problem, please send us full-monitor screenshots of:

  • The ads you are seeing
  • Your profile/account page that shows you are logged into the right account

  Hi,
  Can somebody help me because viki is taking so long to answer on email. I was on a trial for viki but for some reason i was charged the annual fee, can i get a refund for it because i haven’t even used or watched anything yet and its just charged me the annual fee.
