[Closed] Continued charge despite cancellation

Hi,

I canceled my subscription in July 2019 and I have not had access to the subscription since. However, VIKI has continued to charge me for every single month since then. I filed a claim with VIKI support in July 2020, and have continued to follow up but still have not received a response. I would like a stop to the charges and a complete refund.

    I was wondering did they fix your problem because I am currently having the same problem and I just now complained about it because I happened to cancel my subscription when I had my iphone and it said I cancelled it but I am still getting charged for it.

    I'm sorry to hear that you're having the same problem. I still have not heard back from anyone from Viki/received a refund/had the charges to my account stopped, unfortunately.
