Log out from your account
Uninstall and reinstall the Viki app from your device.
Turn your device off and on again.
Log back into your Viki account by following the steps here.
If you are still facing the same issue, please provide the following information:
Which Fire TV Stick model number are you using?
Your Viki app version (On the app, Left Side Bar > Settings > About Viki)
Have you tried connecting to another internet connection?
A screenshot/photo of the error message or issue.

I have this problem as well. It started occurring around late February for me too.

2022... I'm having this issue now. I e done everything else but uninstalled it. I will try that now
Before uninstalling it. I tried clearing data and that worked.
