Add Video Scrubbing

Many and most streaming platforms (notable ones being YouTube and Netflix) allow you to scrub over the timeline of the show to preview which scene takes place at that point. This is helpful for navigating to different parts of the story if, for example, you've already seen up to a certain point of the episode or you wish to skip ahead to a certain point. I think it would be very helpful if Viki has this as well, especially given the typically long nature of its contents.
