[Closed] Email changed and account compromised
On Saturday, Jan 16, 2021, my email was changed from mine, to the person that accessed my account. I have been unable to revert it to my former email address. Since then, I have created a new account under the previous email . However, my old account is a paid account, which I am still paying for, and no way to cancel except to call my bank. I have been trying to contact the help center of Viki through multiple attempts, but I have yet to receive any response from them. Is there anyway to actually get in contact with someone?
