[Closed] Viki pass upgrade issue
Hello!!
Before the pass was renewed, I try to make the upgrade for the plus, but I couldn't, so I decided instead of canceling the subscription, pay the standard with the idea of upgrading it the following month, However the page has not allowed me, I already tried with 2 credit cards without any success.
So I ask you for your help to upgrade my pass or, if not, make me a refund, since it has been your platform's problem not to allow me to change the pass before renewal and the error persists to this day.
