[Closed] Site is not recognizing My VIKI PREMIUM SUBSCRIPTION.

Hi Michel,

I have a VIKI premium subscription but I can not load videos, it is like I do not have any subscription at all. I reported it many times tried to log out and log in again but the problem is still the same. the help section does not give me any help as I keep receiving mail from Viki saying that they receive my request. It is an absurd situation.

May I have your advice of what to do? Thanks in advance.
