my Samsung cell phone Vicki app doesn't recognize my Pass Plus

I subscribe to the Vicki Pass Plus through my computer and TVs, but my Samsung cell phone Vicki app doesn't recognize this Pass Plus ?  I have downloaded the Vicki app through the Google Play Store. What can I do?

    I looked up your account and it appears that you're getting Viki Pass benefits whenever you are logged in with this account on your Android app.

    If you still can't see subscription benefits, I recommend taking the following steps:

    1. Log out from your Viki account
    2. Log back in to Viki with your username magnetic_81 and password
    3. Do a quick check that your profile/account page shows the same username too

    If that doesn't fix the problem, please send us full-monitor screenshots of:

    • The ads you are seeing
    • Your profile/account page that shows you are logged into the right account
