[Closed] Having trouble upgrading from VikiPass Standard to VikiPass Plus

I tried on my phone and computer. When I go to Change/Manage Subscription, and click Annual and 'Upgrade Now', I get the error message 'Something went wrong on our end. Please try again.' 

I've been trying for a few months and have opened several tickets. Please help
