No Subtitles on Gogh, The Starry Night
I was watching Gogh, The Starry night perfectly fine on viki.com on Firefox and all the subtitles just stopped working. I need them in English and none of the other languages are showing up either. I tried clearing cookies and cache and restarting browser. I tried a different browser. They just stopped completely. How can I fix this?

We recently re-licensed this show for our viewers, this time with re-issued videos. The series is available now in shorter episodes, with new scenes inserted and some scenes being shuffled.
Hence, you might observe lack of subtitles over some timestamps, and/or segments that are a little off sync. Our dedicated volunteer team for <Gogh, the Starry Night> are taking some time to review these segments and add subtitles to these new scenes as it can be a tedious and complex process.
We ask for your kind understanding and suggest watching other titles before coming back to this in the future.
