[Closed] Is anyone having problems loading content on TV via Amazon FireStick?
Is anyone having problems loading content on TV via Amazon FireStick? At first, I'd get a screen saying that the video couldn't load. Try again. Now, the screen just displays "Rakuten Viki" in the middle and the circle on the upper right corner of the TV just keeps turning.
I've been having problems with the commercials where everything freezes every time it went into commercial where I couldn't even finish watching anything anymore.

If you have a Viki Pass, you shouldn't have any ads.
I have an Amazon Firestick. My daughter gifted us the less expensive Viki Pass. Viki worked beautifully for a week.
Then I started having the same problems you are describing. I did everything I could think of to solve the problems but Viki does not think I have a Viki Pass and offers me an opportunity to buy a package.
Possible solution: go to www.viki.com/pass; check to see if you have a pass.
If my daughter can get a refund, I'll close my Viki account and start all over with Viki.
