    We looked up your account, and it appears that you're getting Viki Pass benefits whenever you are logged in with this email address.

    If you still can't see subscription benefits, we recommend taking the following steps:

    1. Log out from your Viki account
    2. Log back in to Viki and ensure that your account/profile page indicates your username vcourrier8_279

    If that doesn't fix the problem, please let us know. Be sure to send full-monitor screenshots of:

    • Your profile page that indicates your username vcourrier8_279
    • The commercials you see
