[Closed] Refund Request #1249888 - 3 week unanswered request
I submitted a request on August 14th - Due to some technical issue, I was unable to end my trial and requested help for someone to cancel on my behalf. The cancellation page did not go anywhere when I try to click the button. I was charged $99.99 but have not used it since the trial ended. It has been 3 weeks and I haven't heard back. Please let me know what steps I should take.
