Subs is not working

I have tried all d possible way to get subs of the epi but i couldn't I have unistall tha app nd den agai install it i hav change subs also bt it wouldn't work this problem alwasy appear on we tv app i snt. Knw why this happned bt i was not able to watch my dramas
