    1. If you were logged out of your account and could not log back in, please try logging in once again. Refer to this if you need help logging in.

    2. To continue accessing your favorite videos, watched shows, and Viki Pass benefits (if subscribed), kindly log out and back into your Viki account.

    3. If you were trying to reset your password or verify your account, please try again with the respective links.
    4. If you do not see subtitles, please do check that your subtitle display is turned on. For more information on how to do so, please click here. If you are unable to turn on your subtitles, please ensure that Learn Mode is turned off. 

    5. If you are still having issues opening your app, please delete and reinstall before trying again. If this does not help, and you are using an Android device, please clear your app cache by following the steps here.
