Account hacked and no response from Viki

My account has been hacked. The email and password was changed.

There was a support ticket ID #1273278 but zero action after 3 days despite several emails.

Please contact me on my email to help me resolve my issues.

  • I have the same issue.  It's been a week now and I haven't heard anything.  I've been a paying member for years.  This is unacceptable.  Can I get some support?

  • I have that same problem, my account has been hacked too, chanced the email and password, and made a payment with my CC!! My request ID is #1322484 and they never respond is really frustrating that they don't have any good security! I have been customer for years
