    Thank you for contacting Viki Community Support and we're sorry to hear that you are having issues accessing your subscription benefits.

    I've checked your account and can see that your subscription has been linked. To ensure that you are receiving benefits now, I've done a reset of your account. Please log back in, ensure that your profile states your username tinasprings57_467 and try again.

    If that doesn't fix the problem after, please let us know. Be sure to send full-monitor screenshots of:

    • your profile/account page that shows you are logged into tinasprings57_467
    • the locked episodes you see
