[Closed] Accessing watched shows to continue watching being service blocked ...

I am a subscriber and have been for a while now.  Why am I getting a "service blocked message" that tells me I need to "subscribe" to watch my shows that I am trying to continue to watch?  It never did that before and it has been three or four days now.  I want to watch my shows, what is going on?  I am not due to pay.  I paid for the higher service plus so there should not be any subscribe message correct?  I have been on time with paying.  I do not understand why you are blocking me.
