I like others have upgraded to Viki Pass Plus.Why won't it go into effect? How long will it take.

Thank you for writing in to us and your interest in upgrading your Viki Pass plan.
I looked up your account and see that you are currently subscribed to an annual Viki Pass Standard subscription and that you're trying to change to the monthly Viki Pass Plus plan.
As this is a lower price plan, the change will only take effect at the end of your current billing period.
To upgrade your subscription with immediate effect, please select the annual Viki Pass Plus option. The upgrade will occur immediately.
Also, when you upgrade your subscription, your upgrade will be prorated. For more information on how proration works, please refer to this FAQ.

I have the receipt/confirmation email from VIKI to proof to you that I have the ANNUAL VIKI PLUS subscription, Do you want me to forward it to you?

As we're able to see your Plus subscription linked to your account, this is most likely a Chromecast issue.
We will be replying to you via your ticket on the Help Center shortly so as to gather more information about your device.
Please help to respond there too, to prevent multiple requests confusion.

I rebooted everything several times already. I rebooted my internet, I rebooted my Google smart home, I rebooted my Chromecast, I logged off of my VIKI account and logged back in, I did all of that but I am still unable to cast any VIKI Plus shows and dramas. I know it is not my system problem, it is VIKI's because I am able to cast the non plus viki shows.
If you have a Viki Plus subscription you can watch everything right?
I just subscribed to VIKI PLUS and there's a free trials
I was trying to watch the City HUnder but it won't let me it's say It's says limited access. Isn't it VIKI PLUS should be unlimited

I'm afraid that 'City Hunter' is no longer available on Viki as its license has expired. We really appreciate your kind understanding that we can only license dramas for a limited amount of time.
