[Closed] No reply for 20 days

As the title suggests, I sent an email to viki approximately 20 days ago but I have yet to receive any reply. I do realize that Viki is "currently experiencing high demand for support, resulting in an increase in waiting times." But it's been way too long. I already sent another email recently stating that I didn't get any reply from my previous email including my help request ID of that email. But still no reply. Is there any other way for me to contact Viki support?
