Please try these steps to adjust your subtitle settings first:
Check that the 'CC' icon on the bottom left of the video screen is togged on in blue
Select any video to play
Pause the video
Look for the 'CC' icon on the bottom left of the screen
The 'Language' settings page on your Roku device settings:
Visit the Main Menu of your Roku device's homepage (not Viki)
Select Settings and look for System then Language
Select 'English' or the desired language for your system
If the subtitle issues still persists after, please provide:
What are the specific episodes and timestamp with the missing subtitle (eg. Hotel Del Luna ep 3 around 35:05)?
