[Closed] I renewed my Plus pass subscription but now am getting ads.

Using Roku. My credit card charged for Plus pass fee but now I get ads.

    As we're not able to see a recent login on your Roku device with this Viki Pass account, please try the following first:

    1. Log out from your account
    2. Uninstall and reinstall the Viki channel from your device.
    3. Turn your device off and on again.
    4. Log back in to this Viki account lindamiller_comm_11 by following the 'Roku' steps here.

    If you are still facing issues after, we have replied to your ticket via the Help Center with the details we need. Do respond there too as we'll be closing this to prevent confusion of multiple requests.
