[Closed] VIKI not working on my ROKUs

I repeatedly sign in and a week later I'm signed out again.  Also, I cannot access Viki Pass programs when I have a VIKI pass paid through January.

    Sometimes when the app updates to a newer version or when our site is facing issues, you might have to re-login after. 

    However, we have replied to your ticket on the Help Center with more troubleshooting details for this issue and your Viki Pass enquiry.

    Please help to respond there too as we'll be closing this to prevent confusion of multiple requests.
