[Closed] Incorrect Charges

i want to be charged MONTHLY  

but you just sent a YEARLY bill.  This is incorrect  

i need  a refund and the correct billing followed

    The reason why you were immediately charged USD $49.99 is because you subscribed to an annual plan instead of a monthly plan.

    However, we will be sending more details via a ticket on the Help Center. Please help to respond there too as this post will be closed to prevent multiple requests confusion.
