Unable to leave a review

I'm unable to submit a review for a show I'm currently watching. I'm watching I-Land and I'm up to date on the episodes (just waiting for episode 6 to be finished with subtitles). I tried searching for an answer and the only thing I found was another Viki user with the same issue and a tech specialist reached out to them privately (which is a little frustrating because that doesn't solve the problem for the rest of us). I've attached a picture of the review I was trying to submit. It's a little long, but that's it. No swearing, insults, etc.

  • I tried again and the review went through? I don't know what went wrong, but if someone could still reach out to me and explain what might have happened I would appreciate it.

    In order for us to understand the problem, can you please share with us the following information?

    1. What device you're currently experiencing issues with?
    2. What is the Operating System of this device or computer?
    3. If the issues are happening on the Web, what browser version are you using?
    4. What are the shows you are having issues leaving a review for?
    5. A screenshot of the issue or any error messages you might see.

  • I tried to leave a review and was unable to as well. I am not sure why but I've tried several times now.

    I am using my personal computer running windows using google chrome. I have double checked the connection.

    I am currently wanting to leave a review for the show descendants of the sun.
