  Hello,

  I looked up your account, and it appears that you're getting Viki Pass benefits whenever you are logged in with this email address.

  If you still can't see subscription benefits, I recommend taking the following steps:

  1. Log out from your Viki account
  2. Log back in to Viki and check that your profile/account page states your username mommyla_10_129

  If that doesn't fix the problem, please let us know. Be sure to send full-monitor screenshots of any of the issues you see so we can further escalate it to our engineers.
