[Closed] Cancel Subscription

I purchased the Viki Pass Plus in March and tried cancelling in April, and yet was charged. I’ve been trying to cancel every month and countless emails have been sent to the help center with no response whatsoever. I need my subscription cancelled and would like a refund at least for the last couple of months.
