[Closed] Annual pass cancellation request

Hi, I received an email about an annual pass was subscription being automatically renewed even though I no longer use Viki anymore. I don’t even recall agreeing to an auto renewal feature. The problem is, I believe the charge for the bill went to my former significant other’s credit card. We are not on speaking terms and neither of us use Viki anymore so please cancel this. I would like a refund to the card that was charged for this year's Annual Subscription and have already cancelled all subscriptions going forward.
