[Closed] Continue Watching has no items despite watching multiple shows

I have opened multiple tickets for this and never heard back from Viki support. I upgraded to Viki Pass to see if the problem was with my free account, but I still have no items in Continue Watching despite watching over 40+ items of shows. 

It's very cumbersome having to remember where I  left off and manually find the episode again and then slowly fast forward to where I left off. I am trying to watch shows that have over 50 episodes so manually doing this every time is annoying.


The problem persists on multiple tablets, phones, smart tv devices etc. Any ideas??
