[Closed] subscription

why am I not able to see shows?   I get a post saying that I need to have viki plus   My subscription doesn't expire until December.   I did not cancel my subscription nor have I received a refund.

    Thank you for contacting Viki Community Support and we're sorry to hear that you are having issues accessing your subscription benefits.

    I've checked your account and can see that your subscription has been linked. To ensure that you are receiving benefits, I've done a reset of your account. Please log back in and try again. 

    You may also want to check that you are logged into the right account francesables34_616 on your profile/account page.

    If that doesn't fix the problem after, please let us know and we'll be glad to help. Be sure to send full-monitor screenshots of any of the issues you see so we can further escalate it to our engineers. Remember not to include personal details (eg. email and billing information) for security purposes.
